• Atmos24 Welfare Society Foundation (hereinafter referred to as ‘Atmos24’) collects and uses certain information about you when you use Atmos24’s mobile application, website and other online services and through interactions and communication you have with Atmos24.
• Therefore, this privacy policy has been developed to explain and aid you to understand how Atmos24 collects and uses personal and other information as shared by you while registering your account with Atmos24 or by using the mobile application or website of Atmos24.

Use of Information

• The information collected from you is used by Atmos24 for the following purposes only: (i) to provide Atmos24 services to you, (ii) verifying your identity and authority to use Atmos24 services, (iii) for internal record-keeping purposes, (iv) to process billing and payment (including sharing with third party payment gateways) in connection with usage of Atmos24’s services, (v) for customer support and to respond to any inquiries made by you, (vi) to fulfill requests for any information in connection to any of the various services provided by Atmos24, (vii) to address any technical issue, (viii) to communicate with you, regarding purchase, status and completion of service.

Disclosures

• The information collected from you is used by Atmos24 for the following purposes only: (i) to provide Atmos24 services to you, (ii) Atmos24 may share/disclose the personal information, including personal information, which we collect from you. Atmos24 may disclose your personal information if: (i) Atmos24 is required to or reasonably believes that the disclosure is essential in order to comply with any order of the court, any legal process or other legal requirement of any governmental authority, (ii) disclosure is intended to help investigate or prevent any past or future unauthorized transactions or any other illegal activity/activities, (iii) disclosures would mitigate the liability of Atmos24 in any lawsuit or potential lawsuit, (iv) disclosure is in the opinion of Atmos24, necessary to protect the rights or property of any person or entity, including Atmos24.
• Atmos24 contracts with various third parties for the provision of its services, business operations and maintenance of its website and mobile application and Atmos24 may be required to share your personal information and other data generated through cookies with these vendors and service providers. For example, Atmos24 may provide your information to credit card processing companies to process your payment against a Atmos24 service availed by you also Atmos24 may need to share your location with its service provider in order to enable when to provide services to you. These third party service providers etc. will not be given the right to use any of your personal information beyond what is necessary to perform their obligation to provide service to you.
• Atmos24 will disclose your information including, without limitation, your name, address, city, state, email address, telephone number, user ID etc. to law enforcement or other governmental official if we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority.
• Atmos24 reserves the right to transfer the information collected from you to any such successor so formed, in case of a merger, sale or any other kind of corporate reorganization.

Security

• Atmos24 employs procedural and technological security measures that are designed to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. It may be noted that no security measure is 100% secure and therefore Atmos24 cannot guarantee that others cannot access your personal data. Atmos24 is not liable for the unauthorized use of your information or for any lost, stolen or compromised password as well as any unauthorized use pursuant to the same.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Cookies

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Do your plugins track any data?

We do not track any user data via our plugins. But if our plugin depends on any third party service, they might track user data. This can happen in following two ways:

1. Embedded Widgets

Some of our plugins have features to integrate embedded widgets as is, from third party services (like Facebook Like, Facebook Recommend, Twitter Tweet official buttons). You can include relevant text in the privacy policy of your website as mentioned below.

2. Third-party APIs/Connections

Our plugins send request to third party APIs via website-visitor’s web browser to fetch information (like social shares, social comment count). This request made by web browser may include IP address, which can then be seen by the third-party that it’s being requested from. This API request doesn’t include any personal data of the website user other than the IP address.  To make your users aware of this,  you can include relevant snippets in your website’s privacy policy.

Where is the data collected by your plugins stored?

We do not store any data fetched by our plugins on our servers, neither we share that data with any third party. Our plugins run absolutely on your website and store the data in the database of your website.

Do your plugins load any external scripts?

As mentioned before, our plugins run absolutely from your website and hence load the scripts too from your website with exception of third-party embedded widgets (like Facebook Like/Recommend official button, Twitter tweet official button, Facebook Comments) which require our plugin to load scripts from the servers of relevant service. You can include relevant snippets in the Privacy Policy of your website stating how these services handle privacy of your users.
